“CT and MRI with contrast ordered”
I have both CT (chest) and MRI (abdomen) ordered (with contrast). How many days do I have to wait between exams?

Usually no wait time is needed if your concern is about the contrast. Contrast can be nephrotoxic or toxic to the kidney in cases of poor kidney function. If you have poor kidney function, you should discuss this with either the physician who ordered the exam or the radiologist on duty at the facility that's performing the exam.
