First of all, do you play tennis?
Lateral epicondylitis is usually an injury that occurs with overuse. Minimizing the activities that involve wrist extension which often increase these symptoms. There a many ways to manage your symptoms such as; heat/ice, chiropractic adjustment for the wrist/elbow, soft tissue work such as Graston technique and col laser therapies.
Strengthen the muscle, acupuncture, graston type technique, find an office with a softwave machine are a few options. Softwave would probably be most expensive but also most effective. No insurance doesn’t cover it.
Please see a professional for this, your muscle, tendon, fascia has gotten damaged and will need to be treated. See a chiropractor or a PT.
Go to your PTP or Chiropractor to get an xray and proper diagnosis.
