Positive pregnancy tests..but negative blood test?

I’m currently 2 weeks late on my period. I’ve been feeling pretty nauseous and bloated recently so I decided I’d take a pregnancy test. Which came out positive, took another one which was a clear blue digital test, that said I was pregnant. The next day, I got blood work done and today they called me and told me that I was for sure not pregnant my HCG was only a 0.6. I’m just really confused. Could I have had a miscarriage? Was I not pregnant at all? Or could it be the hook effect?

There can be false positive and false negatives. If you're 6 weeks pregnant (2 weeks late) I would expect both the home test AND the blood test to be positive.
I would repeat the blood testing and ask for a pelvic ultrasound.

Repeat the pregnancy in one week and do. A transvaginal pelvic ultrasound
