Retinal vasculitis and sildenafil

Hey. I am a 23-year-old guy.
About two years ago, I was diagnosed with retinal vasculitis due to Behçet's disease. I was treated for a year with prednisone and Azathioprine.
Now, after two years, the doctor says my eyes’ condition is stable- quiet and in the last year and there weren’t retinal hemorrhages (last time visited 4 months ago).
Recently a family doctor prescribed me Sildenafil 50mg for erectile problems.
Is it dangerous for me/my eyes to take it or can I use sometimes?

Would not expect this to be an issue with vasculitis for occasional use-
