I would direct you to a psychopharmacologist for medication recommendations.
There are several medications for anxiety and panic, antidepressants may work best for long term anxiety management.

Namaste,  Sorry to hear that you have panic attacks. The question regarding medicines you need to ask your medical doctors, i.e, PCP or Psychiatrist.  Also Psychologists who have prescriptive privileges can be a good source. In the mean time you may want to read "Anxiety and Phobia workbook" by Edmund J Bourne. Take care and stay safe.
You would need to meet with you primary care Dr who know you and can prescribe
Generally speaking, a benzodiazepine is prescribed often for anxiety, however, this is not the case in all mental health diagnosis situations as it may be a combination of other prescribed medications that may oftentimes help with the treatment of various mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression together for example. It does depend on the affective diagnosis of what is going on in regards to other co-morbidities and is certainly not a one-size fits all. Hope this helps thank you.
