There is no cure. It is not a disease, just the shape of your eye
Astigmatism is determined by the shape of your eye. There isn’t anything natural you can do to change your eye shape safely. You can certainly make it worse by squinting a lot or rubbing the eye.
Astigmatism is mostly in the cornea. The clear outer dome of the eye is normally shaped round, but with astigmatism, it's more pointed. Mostly it is hereditary.
There is no natural treatment that I am aware of. Please contact your ophthalmologist to discuss options to improve vision.
Astigmatism results from the cornea (front clear curved surface of the eye) being oblong or elliptical instead of round. The only permanent solution is laser vision correction surgery, but glasses or contact lenses can give you clearer vision temporarily. Eye rubbing can make astigmatism worse. A condition called keratoconus may cause progressive high astigmatism. This can now be treated non-surgically at an early stage with a procedure called cross-linking. See an ophthalmologist for an exam and a picture of the corneal curvature called topography.

Your options are: glasses, contact lenses, or laser vision correction.
There is no natural way to improve astigmatism. Pregnancy can cause it to change either for better or worse. There are orthokeratology treatments with a hard contact lens at night that can temporarily correct the astigmatism.
