How much water should a pregnant woman drink in her second trimester?

I am a 28 year old pregnant woman. I want to know how much water should a pregnant woman drink in her second trimester?

Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day. Warmer weather may require more. Stay hydrated. Your urine should be clear to pale yellow. That’s a good check for yourself!
Hi! We typically recommend at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
I recommend aiming for a gallon of water daily while pregnant. It helps prevent contractions, urinary tract infections, headaches, muscle cramps, nausea, lightheadedness, etc. I don't really expect you to drink quite that much but between 80-100 ounces is a good goal. That's about 5-6 bottle per day.
Suggest to drink 8 to 10 glass of water a day till evening 8pm (to avoid getting up in night).
Hello,

So, it is not easy since it depends on a lot of different factors (just like when you are not pregnant):

1.   How hot and dry is it outside and how much time do you spend out there?
2.   How much physical activity do you do? Do you work out?
3.   How heavy are you? If you weigh more, you need to drink more.
4.   How far along are you?

When my patients ask me that question, I answer with, "How much do you drink when you are not pregnant?" In other words: You should drink when you are thirsty, and, otherwise, don't stress over it. Just like the fact that you don't have someone telling how much you should drink when you are not pregnant, it is the same thing.
I hope that this helps.
