It’s usually an allergic reaction to your environment or something you ate. An anti allergic Med will help but you should have it seen by a doctor to get at the bottom of it

You may have a urinary tract infection. See a primary care doctor to get your urine test & get a culture, followed by an antibiotic. Further studies may be needed

Try to distract him. Genitals do produce pleasure & at that age means nothing.

Push fluids especially electrolyte solutions. Fluids should be given in small amounts frequently to prevent nausea & vomiting. Pedilalyte, Gatorade clear soup, & so on

Yes. But the danger is complications like heart disease. Prior to the discovery of antibiotics most pts survive strep if they had no underlying conditions.

A work up for fever would be necessary. The temperature should be carefully monitored. There are several causes to be determined.

Cold showers are not recommended. A tepid shower or sponging to gently bring the temperature down will not be a shock to the system
