This is a discussion you need to have with your anesthesiologist because taking painkillers or an analgesic or even an anti-inflammatory may interfere with a surgical procedure as long as they understand that you were going to take it they’ll tell you whether it is right or wrong to take these medication‘s prior to surgical intervention and anesthesia

It is best to speak to your doctor however, typically pain killers will not affect local anesthetic.
YEs okay to do but let anesthesia team. They may provide painkillers prior to procedure. Ask provider to add bicarbonate to local anesthesia to raise PH which helps with local anesthetic injection
Please check with your doctor.
Hello,

You can take a painkiller before local anesthesia. The best thing to do is ask the preference of the doctor performing the local injection. But overall, this is fully safe.
Some pain medications are safe to take beforehand while others are not (may increase chance of bleeding). It will be best to speak with your doctor who is performing the surgery and find out.
