Is 90/59 BP at rest ok?

I'm a 38 year old female with RSVT. I have had covid and have been in quarantine for 5 days. Should I be concerned about the BP of 90/59 at rest?

So it depends. Some peoples normal resting blood pressure is around 90/60. If you are not on blood pressure medications this can be normal for young healthy people. If this is not normal for you and you are in quarantine due to being infected or exposed then I would make sure to stay hydrated and monitor your blood pressure. If you are not having any symptoms of low blood pressure and are staying hydrated then your likely fine. If your feeling symptoms like light headedness, dizziness, shortness of breath etc then you should be seen and evaluated.

I hope this helps and you have a speedy recovery.
