“My right side of my abdomen is hurting”
This started after I ate noodle, Kurkure and Daljot yesterday noon.

right side of abdomen could be multiple disease etiologies including real ER emergencia such appendicitis if right lower quadrant, gallbladder if right upper quadrant and signs of constipation, you should definitely go to the ER for general labs, abdominal sonogram and or abdominal CT if available.
It is most likely a gas issue after your meal. If it doesn¨t resolve in a few hours and especially if it gets worse, you should consider the possibility of acute appendicitis and act accordringly.
