“Peri-implantation bleed?”
I am 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I had an ultrasound today and the doctor has not gotten the results but I have. They say I have a peri-implantation bleed. What is that and should I worry?

Hopefully the report also states that there is a normal-sized fetus with a normal heart rate. These kinds of bleeds typically resolve with time.
