Hematologist (Blood Specialist) Questions COVID-19

Should I be worried that my blood clots faster after having COVID?

I had COVID in March 2020. I attempted to give blood that June but was unable to complete my donation as the flow of blood slowed and eventually stopped before the bag was filled. I figured I didn’t drink enough fluids or maybe it was related to supplements I was taking. I tried to donate blood again yesterday with the same result. It appears that my blood begins clotting too quickly to complete the donation. I have no other adverse symptoms but wonder if this is temporary or permanent and should I be concerned?

Also, there are reports of damaged blood vessels and increased clotting during post-covid, but I am not finding much data.
