“What does my discharge mean?”
I have a 2 month old and March 1st I got the depo shot. On March 13 I started taking antibiotics for a personal reason well I had been having unprotected sex and I was having clear gel-like discharge and sometimes it would have a little streak of blood in it or it wouldn't have anything at all. I haven't had an actual period yet but for two days now when I wiped I was having pinkish-red light bleeding but now it stopped. It does not burn or itch.

First, I would take a pregnancy test. Yes even if you had Depo Provera as failures can occur. Second, I would see your OBGYN to get a vaginitis panel to look for yeast, bacterial vaginitis, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea and chlamydia. Third, if you are breast feeding you can have breakthrough bleeding. Fourth, depo provera can cause break through bleeding.
