“What made me do this?”
Ever since I was a little kid weird things with my muscle would happen. For example today I was washing a bowl and out of nowhere I threw it into the sink and it was not on purpose, or there are times for no reason I will twitch or I will move weirdly.
Another thing that happens is I can't sit still I physically and mentally get hurt from trying to stay still. Please let me know why these things are happening.

The uncontrolled movements are most likely myoclonus. These are similar to what can happen (for most of us) when we are just falling asleep, feel like youre falling, have a sudden jerk all over, and awaken. What you are describing and the feeling of being unable to stay still, may or may not be related, and probably are not serious. It may even be impossible to find a causE. There medicines to prevent the uncontrollable movements, if it occurs often enough to warrant daily treatment.Talk to your family doctor, or show them this.
You may have a tick disorder or Tourette's. Other less likely but still possible issue could be myoclonus .Have your parents discuss this with your Pediatrician and refer you to a Neurologist. Good luck. Dr. F. Sent from the all new AOL app for Android
