I am a 52 year old female and I have cataracts. Which eye drop is best for cataracts?

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. There currently is no FDA approved eye drop to cure cataract. SO
I am not sure what you mean by "best for cataracts". There aren't any drops that treat, reduce the effects of, or remove cataracts. Surgical removal is how cataracts are treated once they cause significant vision loss that can't be improved significantly with glasses/contact lenses.
No eye drops slow cataract development. Vitamin C helps a bit.
According to my research, none of the drops used for cataract prevention is able to help people avoid getting cataracts.
The best way to prevent cataracts is to block UV light from entering your pupil. There are no drops which have demonstrated effectiveness against the development of cataracts. Several antioxidant compounds have been tried without success.

There are no eye drops for cataracts. The only way to remove cataracts is through surgery.
