I am a 44 year old male. I want to know which position is used for kidney surgery?

They usually go in from the back/flank, but it depends on the type of surgery and what the objectives are. A surgical consultation from a UROLOGIST will answer your questions. Also, you can go online and look up the type of kidney surgery you may have and actually see a procedure being done. Pretty cool!
