The scaling up of weaponry assistance to Ukraine is coming under scrutiny as supertankers and rockets bring NATO members and potential applicants closer to the 2% of GPD that is considered safe. 

The earthquakes in Syria and Turkey reveal governmental approval of structural requirements particularly in Turkey by leadership for money and power. The persecution of public health advocates and personnel both physical and administrative remiremindhat those people are trying to change the automatic selection of the poor for elimination in social and historical change.

The need for world government and cooperation is exemplified by our relationship to China. We need China to revive the wheel of trade and they need our orders but if they are a sworn enemy it is hard to see that happening.So the loss of a 1/2 million dollar mistle is more meaningful than where it might fall and the immediate damage it could do. In the meantime following flu and covid protocol particularly for the elderly may help keep us going long enough to get a sense of homo sapiens chance of survival.
