Ana and rnp positive

I recently had labs done and came back postive on both ana and rnp. I have osteoarthritis, confirmed through MRI. My question is what are all the diseases/disorders that would have both ana and rnp positive? I have tried googling it myself but only comes up with SLE, MCTD, and a few others. Is there other conditions that would make me postivie?

Hi, The answer to your question is a little complicated. If the U1-RNP is the only antibody that is showing positive than the diagnosis, if all other criteria are met, would lean towards MCTD. But a thorough review of all you labs and a detailed physical exam would be necessary to make this diagnosis. Hope that help a little bit.
