Can I exercise 1 month after hernia surgery?

I had inguinal hernia surgery 1 month ago. Can I exercise one month after hernia surgery?

It is very dependent on the type of hernia repaired. When I perform robotic inguinal hernia surgery, I usually ask patients to avoid strenuous exercise for two weeks. If the surgery needs to be open, or it is a different type of hernia, the time to avoid exercise can be extended to six weeks in many cases.
You should be able to exercise after one month
No. You need to wait at least two months. I suggest you speak with your surgeon.
Once you have been cleared by your surgeon you should be able to return to regular activity. For an uncomplicated hernia that should be after 4-6 weeks.
Activities hsould be cleared with Surgeon.
