If you want to get rid of an infected kidney, I suggest you get treatment with acupuncture, herbs, and sometimes massage. I have found this to be the most effective way to treat a kidney infection.
You might want to check with your local acupuncturist to see if they have any herbal formulas that could help. Otherwise, I don't know of anything else.
I recommend talking to your urologist about your specific case and what are the best treatment options for you.
You should immediately seek medical attention or go to urgent care or PCP to get that taken care of so that it does not lead to something more serious.
I would not take that chance.  A kidney infection can get serious.
yes, you may try to use Chinese herbs or use acupuncture treatment.
I understand and appreciate people's desire to avoid prescription drugs, and especially antibiotics. Some kinds of infection are self-limiting and will resolve on their own. In my experience, kidney infection is not one of those kinds.

Kidney infection isn't something to fool around with. Left untreated, this type of infection can lead to sepsis and result in death. If you have a kidney infection, get on antibiotics, please.
I first use to know your specific symptoms.
Thank you for your question. Attempting to let a kidney infection resolve on its own without medical intervention is not advisable and can result in worsening symptoms, prolonged illness, and potentially severe consequences. Kidney infections, also known as pyelonephritis, are typically caused by bacteria and if left untreated, can lead to serious complications, including permanent kidney damage, bloodstream infections, and even sepsis, which can be life-threatening.
It's essential to seek prompt medical attention if you suspect you have a kidney infection to receive appropriate treatment and prevent complications.
Kidney infection will require antibiotics . It will not go away by itself

diet, lifestyle and possibly antibiotics its an "infection"
While it is possible, kidney infections have to be taken seriously as they may progress quickly to a severe case of wide spread infection called sepsis which can be fetal. Always consult with your doctor.
