Can chronic headaches be fixed?

I have chronic headaches. Can chronic headaches be fixed?

Chronic headaches are defined as headaches occur 15 days or more in a month for more than three months. They are multiple types of chronic headaches: Chronic migraine, Chronic tension-type headache, New daily persistent headaches, and hemicrania continua. They can be accompanied with nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound. Many conditions might cause chronic headaches such as inflammation around the brain including stroke, infection, tumor, trauma, intracranial pressure too high or too low; however, the treatment will be depending on the cause.
During premenopausal and preperiod in the menstrual cycle, there is a decrease of estrogen level; that contributes to headaches for several women. They may use as well to relieve headaches Beta blockers, NSAID, Antidepressants, anti seizure medications, Botulism toxin, Triptans, Germans, and dihydroergotamine.
Some researches show how lifestyle changes such as a good night sleep, limit consumption of alcohol,drink plenty of water, exercise, avoid food rich in tyramine as aged cheese,wine, beer... they also emphasize the use of magnesium, B1, B6, B9, B12 in the treatment of headaches.
