I have optic nerve damage and blurry vision. Can optic nerve damage cause blurry vision?

If you have optic nerve damage, yes, this can definitely cause blurry vision. If you have optic nerve damage, my question to you is, "what caused the damage?" Are you under the care of a retinal specialist? Have you had your prescription checked in order to determine if your vision can be improved?
