Hello. Yes in a limited aspect with eyelid surgeries, called blepharoplasty. If you have any further questions or inquiries please visit my website at Drroya.com. Good luck!
Traditional eyelid surgery cannot change the shape of the eye if what you mean is making it more almond shaped than round. That would involve oculoplastic surgery on the corner of the eye called the canthus. If during eyelid surgery too much skin is removed from the lower lid, this could pull down on the lid, rounding the eye and making it less almond shaped. The surgeon must take great care to avoid this.
Yes, but the intention with surgery is to correct aging back to normal. If there is something that is causing a misshape of the eyes it should be corrected. The name is blepharoplasty. Make sure you point out the deformity as you see it. YOU see it. You may be mistaken as to the problem. And, it could require a totally different surgery.
Somewhat yes
Yes, the shape can change. Please consult with a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of plastic surgery.

Yes. The changes are generally subtle. Unless you have areas of very noticeable excess skin or fat a good eyelid surgery should keep the God-given natural almond shape of the eyes.
