“Head vibrating ”
Feels like there is a small pulsating/vibrating on the top of my head randomly that lasts like 10 seconds

This could be related to high blood pressure. You could check your blood pressure whenever this occurs to see. If you dont have a BP monitor for home your health insurance would likely cover it with a prescription. Leon Rosenberg
