“I accidentally drank some hydrogen peroxide?”
I accidentally drank some hydrogen peroxide 3% that you use at home to clean cuts and I have a little nauseous and my stomach hurts but I think that is my anxiety. I swallowed it around 4 hours ago, emetophobia so that’s I think it’s anxiety, so it has been 4 hours, would I of already threw up because this happened 4 hours ago so if something was wrong would I would have thrown up by now?

This is not particularly dangerous or injurious to the stomach/intestinal lining. Resume your usual activities and eating, drinking fluids as tolerated. Even if no vomiting happens, there should be no major consequence if you have no prolonged symptoms.
That’s a dangerous mistake and you should have been to the ER. by now. Hope you’re ok.
