I only want to lose belly fat, is there a way or solution?

I am a diabetic with high blood pressure. I don't want to be on any strict diet. Along with exercise I would like to know how can I lose my belly fat. I'm fine with the other parts of my body.

You cannot just lose one part. The subcutaneous fat is all over. Cutting portions and perhaps exercises to develop your ABS will help.
Belly fat usually reflects insulin resistance or hypercortisolism. Both are metabolic disorders which require elimination from diet of sugary foods and starch. Exercise helps, but only with diet.
