Itching right breast

Hello,
I am a 36 year old female with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome . I have had itching in just the right breast for a long time now, maybe over a year. It’s intense itching that has caused scabs that I just can’t get to heal due to either itching or rubbing. It was only on the upper outer part near the armpit area but I’ve noticed some other areas of that breast now getting a little itchy. I will mention that I do have breast implants that I got in 2016. Anti itch gel seems to help when I can remember and I put lotion on all the time so I don’t think it’s dry skin. There is no visible bad rash that I can see.
I have a 7 month old and our breastfeeding journey ended 5 months ago but I still seem to be lactating a little from both breasts. I will occasionally have some sharp breast pain but I assumed that was normal.
Could this be sign of inflammatory breast cancer, something wrong with my implants, or just a symptom of my EDS? I’m sure I need an in person doctors appointment but im unsure which type of doctor to go to.

Hello,

I recommend a visit with a gynecologist for a breast exam and a visit a dermatologist for a skin exam.
