Knee dislocation

My knee is always shifting..
I don't know what to do it's getting worst

If it's Only from a Patella thermal issue then you would need to see your orthopedic surgeon for evaluation particularly with your age. If a true need this location in which the femur and the tibia disconnect from each other that is a whole different issue. I would first recommend that you have a clinical evaluation. If theres gross instability, an MRI would be the next step. Some symptomatic stability will respond to physical therapy embracing. A good physical exam can help delineate between something simple and something more complex. Todd Moore
