During sexual relations, I am able to achieve orgasm. However, there is very little ejaculation. This has been presented in the last 4 weeks. What could be the cause?

You need to see your Urologist as this may due to radiation, but do not know if infection or tumor.
This is common in a man your age, and it is particularly common if you have diabetes or are on prostate medication to help you with urination issues.
