Most surgeons do not do secondary rhinoplasty‘s. Meaning that most surgeons do not want to operate on other surgeons previous rhinoplasty‘s. That being said, I always recommend that patient go back to the original surgeon to address the concerns because the original surgeon is the only one who knows what he or she did during the primary procedure.

Yes you should unless you don’t want more surgery with your surgeon
