Skin care questions?

I am 20 years old and I have oily skin. I have a few skin questions.
1-I use sheet masks, can I put sheet masks in my lips or under my eyes?
2-I have oily skin but I use a moisturizing cream for normal or dry skin, is this bad? Should I use a moisturizing cream for oily skin?
3-How often should I renew my sunscreen every few hours?
4-I use a chinese mask (bio aqua) to get rid of dark circles under the eyes. Can I use this mask under my eyes? The upper eyelids are dark too.
5-Can I use the mask to get rid of dark circles? Can I use it again 2 more times?

Hello
-the sheet masks are used for hydrating skin. You can use sheet masks on eye and lips as long as you are not allergic to any ingredients

-for oily skin an oil free moisturizer is appropriate.

—if you are outdoors then sunscreen should be renewed every 3-4 hours to all sun exposed areas

-I am not sure what type of chines mask you are referring to. Please check it’s ingredients to make sure that your skin is not sensitive to them
Dark circles under the eyes can be due to genetics, dehydration, sun overexposure and lack of sleep and there are many reasons why you can have oily skin. Here are some things I would recommend: 1-Wash your face at least 3 times a day to avoid clogging of the skin or acne breakouts. 2-No face scrubs as it irritates the skin 3-Use only oil free products like cleansers, moisturizers, and makeup. 4-No alcohol-based products 5-Apply moisturizer daily 6-Wear sunscreen outdoors 7-Drink plenty of water 8-8 hours of rest every night 9-Limit the sun Sheet masks can be good for your skin.Make sure you do your research on the product that you are using before you apply it.Oil free and "non comedogenic"IS RECOMMENDED FOR OILY SKIN. Bioaqua chinese masks can be good for oily skin, Just make sure you read the instructions and follow them as directed,Sunscreen should be applied every 2 hours or as directed
