OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OBGYN

The insides of my vagina feels like it’s going to fall out?

So, I’m 16 years old, my height is 6,7 and I’m a student, I’m a virgin and never had sex, I took no medication over the last 24 hours, this pain/feelings started over one year ago but it has gotten worse. Today I started to feel heavy inside my vagina so I though “oh, it’s those again, it will go away within an hour or two”, key word “hour or two” tell me why, I feel very heavy inside all of a sudden and pain increases, I felt like my piss was going to slip outside my vagina, should I be concerned? My mom said if it’s concerning then she will take me to the ER because she sees I’m in pain, walking/doing something that involves with lifting/picking up/ sitting/ laying down hurts.

It would be a good idea to be examined by a medical professional
I would see a gynecologist. Imaging and an exam will be key to figuring out what is going on. The ER is sometimes less helpful because they are trained to rule out acute bad things, however, one thing they will do is get imaging and labs.
