I have dust allergies. What allergy medications work for dust allergies?

Any of over the counter antihistamines such as Zyrtec or Claritin will work. Combine them with nasal spray such as Flonase. Both need to be used regularly to be effective for dust mite allergy. Have a great day. Igor H.
