Bloating is a gastro intestinal problem that can be treated using the modalities of acupuncture, herbs, and sometimes massage. I suggest you make an appointment with a good acupuncturist to help you with this problem.

There are several possible causes for bloating but the most common is carbohydrate malabsorption, so to help reduce bloating then you need to lower carbohydrates in your diet. Try the low FODMAP diet.
It truly depends on what's causing it. I find the most common cause of chronic bloating is gluten intolerance. To find out if that's the cause, go online and find out all the places gluten is hidden and foods that cause the same response like barley, rye, spelt, and triticale. Then go gluten free for a month. It takes less than a gram to cause the bloating, so there's no cheating for that month. If it doesn't help then you'll know something else is causing it and it's time to see your PCP.
Herbal formulas tailored to your situation may be helpful.
What will help with bloating is going to depend on what's causing bloating.

This could be a food sensitivity, it could be some sort of loss of function in the GI system due to an issue in the stomach/small intestine/large intestine, it could be function loss in the GI system due to pinched nerve in the spine, and that's probably just scratching the surface.

Your best bet is to visit your primary care provider and let them do some testing to see if you can get to the root cause of the problem. Once you know why you're bloated, then you can figure out what might be the best treatment.
It depends on what is causing you to feel bloated. Keeping a food diary and recording any factors that may contribute to this feeling is often a useful tool to help eliminate the cause. This is good place to start. Avoid drinking through a straw, chewing gum and carbonated beverages as these are know to cause bloating. If you can identify a food or beverage that is causing bloating, you can eliminate it and see if that helps. If not, talk to your doctor about additional options.
