“What's wrong with me?”
I am a 13 year old female and I've been experiencing rapid heart rate when standing, migraines, dizziness, nausea, falling, and stomach aches. I am on no current medication and I've never had any medical problems in the past. I went to the emergency room and they prescribed acid reflux medicine that didn't work.

Thanks so much for your question and listing your symptoms so thoroughly. It sounds like you should be evaluated by your primary care physician very soon to evaluate a few things. It could be as simple as needing to drink more water and ensure you have a reasonable salt intake throughout the day, but you need to have some evaluation done to determine what is causing your symptoms. If you don't have a primary care physician, you can contact your local health department to ask for help. You can ask a trusted adult (your parent or guardian or even a school teacher) to help you get an appointment scheduled. Please get evaluated soon and take care of yourself!
