What treatment is the safest for panic attacks?

I have panic attacks and want to treat them. What treatment is the safest for panic attacks?

Hello! There are no hazardous treatments for panic attacks that I know of. Easy and effective methods include rhythmic breathing and relaxation methods such as hypnosis, easily taught by a certified health professional (see the referral list on the ASCH website). Why suffer! Easy, effective, available! Peace, (Dr) Marian K Shapiro Licensed Psychologist
Namaste,  Sorry to hear that you are suffering from Panic Attacks.  Not knowing when it started and what was the trigger it is difficult to say which treatment will be best for you.  I specialize in Hypnotherapy so that would be one of my recommendations. Whichever therapist you choose ask them about what their preferred method is and decide whether that is something you are comfortable with or not.  You can ask your PCP for a recommendation in your area. In the meantime, you may want to start reading the "Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J. Bourne.  Another book title is "Anxiety Free: Unravel Your Fears Before They Unravel You" by Robert L. Leahy. Take care and stay safe.
Panic attacks only happen when you feel like someone is out to get so you need rest relax get alot of sleep and drink plenty of water and eat healthy food
CBT and EXRP - evidence-based treatments
Breathing exercises like box breathing, combined with medication, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
Talk therapy and possible relaxation techniques, such as Meditation and Deep Breathing Exercises
