Psychiatrist Questions Chronic Stress

Can anxiety and stress lead to frequent urination?

I am having tremendous stress and a lot of pressure at work. I'm also urinating a lot more often. I am pretty healthy, so I'm sure that this isn't due to some underlying issue. Could this be due to stress?

It is possible but you should tell your doctor just in case and get some counseling.
Yes, it can, but before this assumption, be sure to consult the urologist and family practitioner to rule out any organic causes of it.
The simple answer is yes but often a urinary infection or diabetes may also be a cause that can happen to a person under stress when their immune system is overburdened
Ask yourself what you are so angry about. You are having body language for feeling "pissed off". About what?
Yes, it could. Perhaps counseling could give you some tips on better managing your stress.
It could, but would not hurt to do a urine test to make sure you do not have an infection.
