In the fall I had a CRT of 15, now it's 44. I also have a Sed rate of 75 and high chloride and low phosphorus. I present with fatigue, joint pain and general times of unwell. What could all this mean?

(also have slight high cholesterol and antistrepto is 306)

Recommend urgent evaluation by a Rheumatologist and Also Nephrologist to look for post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis and arthritis or related diseases
Your labs suggest inflammation which can happen from infection or autoimmune disease. High ASO indicates, you probabaly had a recent strep infection. Infections can increase inflammation markers and in some patients can lead to reactive arthritis.
