What is described to be tennis elbow is usually pain on the outside of the elbow made worse with forceful activities of the wrist.
See an orthopaedic surgeon for an evaluation of your elbow. They will help you figure out if it is tennis elbow or another condition.
Tennis elbow is a clinical diagnosis made just by examining the patient. The findings are pain at the lateral (outer elbow), pain with forceful gripping and pain with resisted extension of the middle finger.

Hope it helps!!
