His long-time doctor, Dr. Harold N. Bornstein, and Donald Trump himself stated that he was only hospitalized once, which was for an appendectomy when he was 11 years old. According to Bornstein, in one of his letters on Trump’s health, this was his only surgery.

However, in the early 1990s, Ivana Trump, President Trump’s first wife, testified during their divorce proceedings that Trump had another surgery--a scalp reduction surgery as well. The President has denied it.
