He takes statins and aspirin to support his cholesterol levels

Before he was President of the United States, Trump revealed on the Dr. Oz show that he takes statins to manage his cholesterol levels. In 2018, his physical exam revealed that he takes 10 milligrams of Crestor, which is a common statin used to lower cholesterol, as well as aspirin. Aspirin is also a common drug to reduce the risk of a heart attack.
