In 2003, O’Connor was diagnosed with FMS. She took three years off her career to deal with FMS and bond with her kids. “Fibromyalgia is not curable,” say O’Connor, “but it’s manageable.” O’Connor went on to say she had a high pain threshold so that helped her fight fibromyalgia.
