Another unfortunate incident happened during an operation in an Oklahoman hospital. Briana's husband is in the service and they moved to Oklahoma, away from the rest of her family. When she went in for surgery, a scalpel that had been infected with fecal matter from a previous surgery. The 56-year-old reality star has mentioned in an interview that the cross-contamination almost cost Briana her leg. Thankfully, Briana’s condition stabilized after three long weeks with the help of the competent staff at the Los Angeles’ City of Hope.
