Shonda Rhimes, Sleep Apnea and "The Year of the Yes."

Say yes to the good, say no to the bad

Following her “Say Yes” attitude, she then decided to say “No” to fatness and say “Yes” to a healthier body. Through constant effort and a proper diet, she lost 127 pounds and started advocating for health. Since then, she has been maintaining her diet and health but still takes some snacks whenever she can. Slowly, her sleep apnea lessened, and she also lessened the amount of medicines that she had to take.
