Angelina Jolie: Skin caviar and a diet rich in "Ancient grains"
42-year-old actress, director, and humanitarian Angelina Jolie is just as stunning today as she was when she won an Academy Award for her memorable role in Girl, Interrupted in 1999.
Jolie keeps her skin looking radiant with La Prairie’s Skin Caviar, which costs a whopping $710 and actually contains fish eggs.
Although she tried a vegan diet, she found that she wasn’t getting adequate nutrition and went back to eating meat. She’s jokingly stated that a big, juicy steak is her beauty secret.
Jolie eats healthily by filling her diet with ancient grains, snacking on nuts and seeds to keep herself fit and trim. She claims a combination of quinoa, chia seeds, millet, buckwheat, and spelt has helped her stay healthy and maintain her slender figure. She claims these grains provide her with nutrients that nourish her body and give her skin a dewy glow.
She stays in shape by working out with a trainer, doing kickboxing and cardio exercises.
