Gwyneth Paltrow: Swears by clean eating with whole foods
45-year-old actress Gwyneth Paltrow has barely appeared to age since her Academy Award-winning performance in Shakespeare in Love in 1998.
Paltrow isn’t a fan of Botox, and instead maintains her youthful appearance through a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a simple skincare regimen.
Paltrow advocates eating clean by incorporating whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and healthy fats and proteins into your diet. Eating clean also involves limiting your intake of preservatives, additives, pesticides, refined grains, unhealthy fats, and excessive amounts of sugar and salt.
Over the years, Paltrow has experimented with detoxes, veganism, and a gluten-free diet. She’s been consistent when it comes to eating whole foods and taking supplements.
Paltrow’s healthy lifestyle also involves a lot of exercise. She works out using the rigorous Tracy Anderson method.
She follows a simple makeup and skincare routine, and has attributed her smooth complexion to coconut oil, exfoliation, and drinking lots of water.
