Believe it or not, Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry is 51 years old. Berry has been open about her anti-aging routine, and encourages women to seek professional help from an aesthetician rather than wasting money on products they might not need. Berry visits her own facialist at the skincare clinic Kinara four times a year.
She has stated that, so far, she hasn’t needed to adopt a complex skincare regime and instead keeps it simple by cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. She hasn’t needed to use any anti-aging creams yet, but she’s always careful to protect her skin by wearing sunscreen.
Berry tries to avoid sugar as much as possible. She’s even called it “poison.” Although Berry primarily avoids sugar because she’s diabetic, she also credits not eating sugar for her resistance to aging. Instead, she eats a healthy diet rich in protein and vegetables.
To maintain her remarkably fit figure, Berry works out by hiking, cardio, light weights, circuit training, and exercises that use her own body weight.
