Eating Healthy with Celiac Disease: A Guide to Avoiding Gluten

Be Happy With Food

Learning about a gluten intolerance can seem devastating.  It is a lifestyle change.  Many people struggle to find foods that are as good as their old favorites.  The positive part about learning about a gluten intolerance is that once the changes are made the results speak for themselves.

The symptoms of eating gluten will start to disappear.  Gas? Gone. Bloating? Obliterated.  Intense abdominal pain?  Where?  Life will be better and it will be easier to participate in activities.  Even if the urge to eat something packed with gluten comes up think about how much better life is now.  Remember the terrible way gluten reacted in the body before taking another bite.
