Just because there is a gluten intolerance does not mean that those favorite comfort foods need to be avoided.  With the rise in popularity of gluten-free diets many companies have started to make foods that do not contain gluten.  They want to help cater to those that are unable to eat gluten and to those that choose not to eat gluten.

When thinking about recipes do not throw any away because they typically have gluten,  That pasta recipe can still be put to good use.  Look for the gluten-free versions that are available in most stores.  There may even be a gluten-free section in the local grocery store.  If there are no gluten-free foods to be found, consider asking a worker.  Most are happy to help find the gluten-free products.
